What to See
Lankaran Fortress & Zindan

Lankaran is the tea capital of Azerbaijan. Tours to rural plantations (like Khanbulan) including tasting: 15–25 AZN.
Gizilagaj National Park

Food: The Legendary Southern Flavors
Southern Azerbaijani cuisine is vastly different from Baku's. The king here is Levengi — a rich stuffing made from crushed walnuts, onions and sour plum paste.
